Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for "change of mind" on adult toys. 

For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the claim, and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund.

*Standard postage fees apply to all return orders (tracking number needs to be provided). Once approved, a replacement product will be sent out to you, at no cost to you.
