WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
- We offer overnight delivery (services provided by courier) as soon as we have received and processed your order. Free shipping on order for more than $59.
- Same day delivery for some regions will be available soon.
- Purchases are packaged in a sealed cardboard box or black courier bag with extreme discretion.
- We don't add shipping cost to product prices then offer free shipping. A flat shipping rate for most regions is calculated for you at checkout to make sure the most competitive product price is given back to our customer.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
LoveStash works with the following payment providers:

- LoveStash features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for "change of mind" on adult toys.
For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the claim, and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund.
*Standard postage fees apply to all return orders (tracking number needs to be provided). Once approved, a replacement product will be sent out to you, at no cost to you.
Because of the nature of the products, we do not offer satisfaction guarantee on our products, however our sexperts are fully confident that our handpicked collections will give you the best experience.
