We collaborate with trusted courier services, including New Zealand Post and Aramex, to deliver your orders across New Zealand.

2. Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be added to the dispatch queue for the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Overnight Delivery to Major Towns & Cities: Estimated next working day delivery after dispatch, depending on your location. Rural or Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take an additional 1-2 business days.

  • Same-Day / Express Delivery: Currently available in Auckland, with more regions coming soon.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $8.00 applies to all orders under $69.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping.

5. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are packaged in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of the contents or Lovestash branding.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier for delivery. While we strive for a smooth delivery process, occasional delays or issues may occur. If you experience any problems, we’re here to assist.

Reporting a Missing Order

If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch. This allows us to take prompt action and work with the courier to investigate the issue.

  • Courier investigations typically take up to 10 working days.
  • We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Refund & Resolution

While we are committed to working with you to resolve any delivery concerns as quickly as possible, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the courier investigation is finalised.

Important Information

Neither Lovestash nor our courier partners are responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered but are later lost or stolen. To avoid potential theft, please ensure you provide a secure delivery location or leave clear delivery instructions when placing your order.
